Founded in the late 1990s as Pazhumadathil Paints, the company set out with a vision to bring high-quality coatings to the Indian market. In 2010, Pazhumadathil Paints made its mark with the launch of Cement Paints, a premium product known for its superior durability and performance in exterior applications.

In the same year, the company expanded its horizons with the formation of Allied Coating, which specialized in producing high-quality emulsion paints. This move strengthened the company’s position in the paint industry and diversified its product portfolio.

However, it was in 2015 that a new chapter in the company’s history began. Five passionate industrialists came together with a shared goal: to create a brand that would redefine the paint industry. Thus, Sunny Paints was born, offering a range of advanced products across several verticals
